Are you looking for ways you and improve on Managing Warranties & Receipts?
Of course, it depends on how many receipts, owner’s manuals and warranties you have, but a good place to start is by getting the supplies you need for this project.
I recommend going to Amazon (and be sure to use Amazon Smile so you can contribute to your favorite charitable organization!) and purchase only two items:
- AmazonBasics D-Ring Binders (2-inch, 4-pack); and
- TYH Supplies Economy 11-hole Clear Sheet Protectors (box of 200).
Put together the Owner’s/Operator’s Manual (which usually contains the warranty information) together with your purchase receipt (or a copy of it), slide it into the sheet protector, and put it into the correct binder.
You can find the Binder Cover Page and Binder Spine Page in this folder. Download the template and make it your own!
If you’re more of a digital person
- manualslib is a free manuals online library where you can find any owner’s/operator’s manual you need. You can then download the manual to your computer, and scan in the receipt from your purchase to keep the information all together.
- manuals online is another free online library where you can find more owner’s/operator’s manuals which you can also download to your computer.
